As an Associate, Jordyn supports and advances Keseb’s research, narrative-building, learning, innovation, and communications efforts. Previously, she was a graduate student intern at Keseb and worked as a vote-entry operator for the Associated Press during the 2024 election season, where she updated results for the U.S. general election and the Florida primary and managed outstanding ballots across five states after the general election.
Before joining Keseb, Jordyn worked as an undergraduate research assistant on projects that included tracking the work histories of political lobbyists, analyzing the punctuation of local budgets in Appalachia, and surveying nonprofits about their disaster-response efforts. In her independent research, she analyzed West Virginia county budget data to examine how racial diversity influences spending priorities.
Jordyn holds a Master of Arts in Government with a concentration in Democracy Studies and Governance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Virginia University.
