As Keseb’s Chief of Staff, Sandra collaborates closely with leadership and the team to develop and execute the organization’s strategic goals. She manages program implementation and operations, including fundraising, measurement, communications, and infrastructure building.
Before joining Keseb, Sandra worked as a graduate researcher at Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a nonpartisan U.S. government ethics and accountability watchdog organization. Her research focused on dark money and corporate campaign contributions. Additionally, Sandra conducted research for the Fair Elections Center in preparation for National Poll Worker Recruitment Day.
Prior to her work at CREW and the Fair Elections Center, Sandra served as a political researcher at Spiros Consulting, conducting opposition research, policy work, and debate preparation for Democratic candidates and interest groups nationwide. She also played a key role in managing the organization’s intern program.
Sandra began her career at Deloitte Consulting as a Strategy and Operations Consultant, where she worked on implementing projects for multinational organizations and spearheaded internal initiatives including leading initiatives for the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation and working to advance firm recruitment.
Sandra holds a Master of Arts in Politics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Managerial Studies, and French Studies from Rice University.
