Desirée Davis Stolar is currently the managing director of alumni and executive programs at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, the nation’s premier career advancement nonprofit for more than 10,000 Black, Latinx, and Native American professionals. In this role, she drives efforts across program design, insights, career coaching, professional development, executive management, community and employee engagement, and cross-functional initiatives.
In 2021, she designed and launched MLT’s Senior Executive Leader Fellowship (SELF) for senior leaders pursuing more significant impact for their time, energy, and capital. It is now beginning its third cohort.

Under her leadership, Unshrinkit quickly secured domestic retail partnerships, global distribution, and a successful sale in 2019. She serves on the advisory boards of a VC-backed e-commerce firm as well as early education, economic development, corporate board readiness, and tech equity organizations.
Desirée is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Harvard Business School. She credits LEAD, INROADS, RIDLEY, RIORDAN, and MLT for helping to develop her into the person she is today.
