Maggie Tushman is Founding Managing Partner at Keseb. In this capacity, she helps lead the organization, develop strategy and run operations. Maggie’s career has focused on developing strategic insights and building organizations, particularly in the social sector. Maggie was most recently Director of Strategy and Operations at The Bridgespan Group, a leading social impact advisor to nonprofits, NGOs, philanthropists, and investors. She was also Director of Corporate Strategy at Next Street, a mission-driven advisory firm supporting small businesses in underserved markets. Previously, Maggie was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. She has advised and worked in organizations ranging from for-profit and nonprofit startups to multinational organizations and public-private partnerships, and is passionate about finding innovative pathways for positive social change. Maggie is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and Harvard Business School.
